CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation of an order either from service receiver or service deliverer’s side may occur. Though, it occurs in rare cases, it may still happen and what we need to do is just to avoid such conflicts as much as possible. We try our best to get all the issues resolved amicably but there may be some situation which becomes out of control. The basic aim of giving our “Cancellation Policy” is to deal with all types of situations especially before they occur. Filling of Order Form from Clients with Unclear or Incomplete Instructions    

Every client is valuable for us and thus every order is important. We make sure to finish each and every ORDER within given deadline. Our staff immediately starts working on projects to meet the deadline but the entire process is based on instructions given by the client. If the instructions are clear and easy to understand, we don’t have to contact clients for further clarifications. Despite all, there might still be some situations that may lead to order cancellation such as:

Incomplete Instructions

In some cases, client may come up with incomplete instructions and to clear everything, we immediately provided contact numbers. In case of our inability to access client, we prefer to move such ORDER in cancellation queue and inform client through email or other possible means of communication. (Our Quality and Control department takes further actions i.e penalty, partly or full refund etc)

Relaxing Time Period

On receipt of an order, we allocate a 24 hours relaxing time period before we start working on the project. This period allows both the parties to withdraw in certain cases. For example, service provider might go for an order cancellation if finds himself unable to complete project in time. On the other hand, customer can also go for an order cancellation without suffering from any penalty.

24 Hours Period to Cancel Booked Order

Condition # 1:

On receipt of an order, it is immediately processed and sent to “Next Order Queue”. In our team everyone understands his/her responsibility and immediately plays allotted role. Sometimes, after booking orders clients may change their mind and would like to cancel order which is Okay with us but for this action, they don’t have more than 24 hours. If the request is received within this period, fees can be refunded to the client.

Condition # 2:

It is not like you can’t cancel your order if 24 hours have just been past. You can still go for your decision but this time, you must keep in mind that a kind of penalty is waiting for you. The size of penalty may vary from case to case as it usually depends upon completion of the task. Our Quality and Control department tries to compensate the client as much as possible but in some cases, it becomes quite difficult to refund full amount paid by the client.
